Implemented Measures
We have already implemented the following measures to improve your accessibility on our website:
Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized for different output devices (smartphones, tablets, desktop computers) thanks to responsive web design. The content elements are automatically formatted so that you can read them as best as possible and they adapt to the respective display size. We also paid attention to sufficient contrast in the design.
Operation with the keyboard: You can navigate the main menu using the keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and usable via the keyboard.

If you receive unsatisfactory responses from the aforementioned contact possibility, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) by means of a complaint. The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form of the Complaints Office.
To the FFG complaint form
The complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in compliance with the accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an entity associated with it.
If your complaint is justified, the FFG is required to issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and to propose measures to eliminate the existing deficiencies.
With the entry into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, you can contact the Social Ministry Service as the market surveillance authority in case of violations against the accessibility requirements.
