With the ski lift right on the hotel doorstep you are right in the thick of the action, in one of the loveliest family ski areas in Austria - the Hochkönig ski area in Maria Alm.
After a hearty breakfast in the Hotel Bachschmied your day of skiing can start straight away – just head out of the hotel and right on to the ski lift. Head up on the state-of-the-art 6-seater chair lift or on the 8-seater gondola and in the morning be the first to leave tracks on 120 kilometres of very well-tended pistes.
